| EWC partners with many communities and organizations in hosting electronic recycling events. EWC covers all costs for these special one-day events. These events are designed similar to a drive-through to provide participants with an efficient and convenient way to recycle unwanted electronics. These collection events also serve as an educational experience for the community. EWC is able to inform and raise public awareness about e-waste and its potentially devastating affects. Collection events promote recycling and divert tons of e-waste from entering landfills. Over 2 million pounds have been recycled from electronics collected at these special one-day collection events! |
